Setting Up Your AI Assistant
Log in, complete the onboarding wizard, and connect your existing business phone number through call forwarding. Most customers are live in under 5 minutes. The wizard walks you through your services, hours, FAQs, and the AI's greeting.
Connecting Your Calendar
Dashboard → Settings → Calendar Integration. ZenOp supports Google Calendar today, with additional integrations on the roadmap. Once connected, the AI books appointments directly into your calendar in real time during the call.
Setting Up Call Forwarding
Your phone provider (landline, VoIP, or mobile) controls call forwarding. After signing up, ZenOp gives you a number to forward to. The exact dial code depends on your provider. We provide step-by-step instructions for the most common carriers in your dashboard.
Common Troubleshooting
My calls are going to voicemail instead of ZenOp
Call forwarding is not active. Check your phone provider settings or re-run the forwarding setup in your dashboard. Some providers require activating forwarding through a phone dial code (often **21*[number]#).
The AI did not book an appointment correctly
Check Dashboard → Calls → review the transcript. If the AI misunderstood, you can adjust your business rules (services, durations, business hours) in Settings. The AI follows the rules you configure, so small adjustments often fix recurring issues.
I am not getting notification texts for new leads
Verify your notification phone number in Settings → Notifications. Make sure the number can receive SMS (some Google Voice or VoIP numbers cannot). You can also enable email notifications as a backup.
My AI is saying something wrong about my business
Update the business information in Dashboard → Settings → Business Info and Knowledge Base. The AI uses these as its source of truth. Changes take effect on the next call.
How do I change my AI greeting?
Dashboard → Settings → Voice and Greeting. You can customize the opening line, tone (formal/casual), and how the AI introduces itself.
How do I cancel?
Dashboard → Account → Cancel Subscription. One click, no retention calls. Your access continues through the current billing period. No partial refunds, but no contracts either.
