Yes. Every ZenOp plan includes all features: 24/7 AI answering, Google Calendar booking, SMS follow-ups, lead capture, post-call intelligence, quality scoring, automated review requests, appointment reminders, spam filtering, urgent-call alerts, and weekly summary emails. The only difference between plans is the number of included minutes.
No contracts. ZenOp is month-to-month. You can cancel anytime directly from your dashboard. No cancellation fees, no hoops to jump through.
If you approach your limit, ZenOp notifies you so you can upgrade your plan. Overage minutes are billed at a per-minute rate. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard.
No. Spam calls, robocalls, and wrong numbers are automatically filtered and never count toward your monthly minutes. You only pay for legitimate business conversations.

Technical

ZenOp is a Progressive Web App (PWA). Open your dashboard in any mobile browser and add it to your home screen for a native app experience. No App Store or Google Play download is required.
ZenOp works with any phone system that supports call forwarding, which includes virtually all landlines, cell phones, and VoIP systems. If your phone can forward calls, it works with ZenOp.
Yes. During setup, you provide your business details, services, hours, pricing, and frequently asked questions. ZenOp uses this information to answer calls in a way that is specific to your business. You can update these details anytime from your dashboard.
ZenOp integrates with Google Calendar for appointment booking. Call data, lead information, and analytics are available in your dashboard. We are continuously adding more integrations based on customer feedback.
ZenOp runs on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with high availability. In the unlikely event of downtime, calls fall back to your existing phone setup (voicemail or your phone ringing directly), so you never lose a call entirely.

Privacy & Security

Yes. ZenOp uses encrypted connections for all data transmission, runs on Google Cloud infrastructure, and follows security best practices. Your business information and call data are protected and never shared with third parties.
No. ZenOp is not currently HIPAA compliant. If your business requires HIPAA compliance for handling protected health information, ZenOp is not the right fit at this time.
Only you and authorized users on your account can access your call summaries, analytics, and lead data through your secure dashboard. ZenOp staff do not access your data unless you request support assistance.
Yes. If you cancel your account, you can request full deletion of your business data, call records, and any associated information. Contact our support team to initiate a data deletion request.
