By accessing or using ZenOp's AI receptionist service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

ZenOp provides an AI-powered phone receptionist service that answers calls on behalf of your business, books appointments, captures leads, and sends notifications. The service includes a dedicated phone number, call handling, SMS capabilities, and calendar integration.

3. Subscription and Payment

ZenOp is offered as a monthly subscription service. Payments are processed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

4. Fair Use Policy

"Unlimited calls" is subject to fair use, which means approximately 500 minutes per month (~17 minutes per day). This covers the needs of 99% of small businesses. If you consistently exceed this limit, we may contact you to discuss a custom plan.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ZenOp for:

• Any illegal purpose or activity
• Spam, harassment, or abusive communications
• Impersonating other businesses or individuals
• Collecting information for unauthorized purposes

6. Limitation of Liability

ZenOp provides the service "as is" and makes no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
