By accessing or using ZenOp's AI receptionist service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
ZenOp provides an AI-powered phone receptionist service that answers calls on behalf of your business, books appointments, captures leads, and sends notifications. The service includes a dedicated phone number, call handling, SMS capabilities, and calendar integration.
New customers may sign up for a 30-day free trial. During the trial, you have access to all ZenOp features with a limited number of voice minutes. No payment information is required to start a trial.
At the end of your trial, we will recommend a subscription plan based on your usage during the trial period. You may select any plan you prefer. If you choose not to subscribe, your service will be deactivated and your dedicated phone number will be released.
ZenOp offers four subscription tiers. All plans include access to every ZenOp feature; plans differ only in the number of included voice minutes per month.
Voice minutes are measured in whole minutes. Any partial minute of a call is rounded up to the next whole minute.
Payments are processed through Stripe. You will be billed monthly on the anniversary of your subscription start date.
Upgrades take effect immediately — you get access to your new plan's higher limits right away. The new plan price applies starting at your next billing cycle. There are no surprise mid-cycle charges. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again and notify you by email. If payment remains unsuccessful after a reasonable grace period, your service may be suspended until the outstanding balance is resolved.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In general, no refunds are issued for the current billing period. If you downgrade or cancel, you retain access to your current plan through the end of the billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
If your usage exceeds your plan's included minutes (plus a reasonable buffer), we may automatically upgrade your subscription to the next available tier. Your upgraded plan limits take effect immediately, and the new plan price applies at your next billing cycle — no mid-cycle charges. You will be notified by email within 24 hours of any automatic upgrade. You have 48 hours from notification to contact us to discuss or reverse the change.
You may request a downgrade to a lower tier at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for the current billing period.
ZenOp plans are designed for normal business use. We reserve the right to review accounts with usage patterns significantly exceeding their plan's included capacity on a sustained basis, and to work with you to find an appropriate plan or custom arrangement.
We reserve the right to implement reasonable daily call limits to ensure service quality and prevent abuse. Any such limits will be communicated in advance.
For businesses exceeding the Business tier's included capacity, custom pricing arrangements are available upon request. Please contact us at support@thezenop.com to discuss your needs.

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription through your dashboard.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in activity that harms the service or other users, fail to pay after the grace period described in Section 5, or if continued service is not commercially viable. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action, except in cases requiring immediate response.
Upon termination, your access to the service will end, and your dedicated phone number will be released. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination by contacting support@thezenop.com.
ZenOp provides the service "as is" and makes no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose.
ZenOp uses artificial intelligence to handle calls on your behalf. While we strive for accuracy, AI may occasionally misinterpret caller requests, provide incorrect information, or make scheduling errors. You acknowledge that AI-powered call handling is not infallible, and ZenOp is not liable for business losses resulting from AI errors in call handling, appointment scheduling, or lead capture.
The service depends on third-party telephony and internet infrastructure beyond ZenOp's control. ZenOp is not liable for outages or degraded performance caused by third-party providers.
In no event shall ZenOp be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, lost business opportunities, or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
ZenOp retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the service, including all software, AI models, designs, and documentation. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to ZenOp's intellectual property beyond the right to use the service as described herein.
You retain ownership of your business data, including call logs, leads, and appointment records. By using the service, you grant ZenOp a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.
You agree to indemnify and hold ZenOp harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the service, (b) content or instructions you provide to configure your AI receptionist, (c) your violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use policy, or (d) any third-party claims related to calls handled on your behalf.
ZenOp may modify plan prices, minute allocations, or plan structure. We will notify you of any pricing changes at least 30 days in advance via email. Existing subscribers will remain on their current pricing through the end of their billing cycle at the time of notification. Continued use of the service after the new pricing takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice in your dashboard. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at legal@thezenop.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue resolution through the courts specified in Section 18.
