Each call is analyzed for sentiment and outcome. Calls where the caller sounded satisfied and got their issue resolved are eligible for a review request. Frustrated callers or unresolved issues are not asked.

What review platforms are supported?

Google Business Profile is the primary target. You can configure the destination URL during onboarding. Other platforms work as long as you have a review link to point at.

Can I see which calls triggered a review ask?

Yes. The dashboard shows every call where a review request was sent, the resulting sentiment classification, whether the link was clicked, and any review that came through (when detectable).
