Does Zen triage symptoms?

No. Zen is explicitly trained not to triage. Any symptom keyword (vomiting, lethargic, bleeding, breathing difficulty, eye injury, ingested foreign object, and more) triggers an immediate human handoff or an emergency vet referral. The page makes this explicit so clients know what to expect.

Will it confuse new clients and existing clients?

Zen asks whether the caller has been seen at the clinic before and tags the lead. Existing clients with simple rebook requests can be routed to the morning callback list. New clients get the new-client intake flow.

What happens at 6:50pm when the clinic just closed?
