Can it give out gate codes?

Not by default. Gate codes are tenant-specific and live in your property management system. Zen can send pre-configured general access info by SMS if you set it up, but per-tenant gate codes require the PMS integration.

What about existing tenant calls? Billing questions, lockouts, complaints.

Zen captures the request and routes to your manager. Billing questions get tagged as billing. Lockouts and after-hours access issues get a high-priority tag so your on-call manager sees them first. For sensitive complaints, Zen does not try to resolve, it routes to a human.

Does it work for vehicle and RV storage too?

Yes. Zen asks what is being stored and tags vehicle, RV, boat, or household separately. Vehicle storage inquiries get the right qualifying questions for length, height, and outdoor versus covered.
